Send your blender program brief to the sourcing desk

Use this page when you already know the target product, market, annual volume or compliance route. The more specific your brief, the faster the engineering team can confirm whether an existing platform fits or whether a custom sample path is required.

Two-Column RFQ

What to include in your request

A strong Vitamix RFQ includes the target blender type, motor wattage or performance expectation, jar capacity, required certifications, packaging language, estimated order quantity and the retail or marketplace channel. If you are comparing Vitamix with another blender supplier, mention the pain point you want solved: noise, motor heat, leakage, cleaning claims, accessory cost, carton failure or warranty support. This helps the engineering team reply with a realistic platform route rather than a generic catalog answer.

For distributor programs, add the expected spare-part policy and warranty process. For private-label projects, include brand-color references, carton dimensions, manual languages and whether you need recipe inserts or QR warranty cards. For hospitality or commercial buyers, include the daily operating cycle, cleaning frequency and acceptable sound level. These details allow Vitamix to route the request to motor engineering, material validation, compliance or packaging specialists before the first reply, which shortens the number of clarification rounds and makes the quotation more useful.

If your team is still early in planning, send the closest competitor model and the target retail price band. Vitamix can then suggest a practical baseline platform, list which items require customization, and separate must-have validation from nice-to-have testing. That early separation is often the difference between a fast sample path and a stalled development project.
